Monthly Pass:
- If cancelled at least 1 day prior to the start of the service period 10% deduction shall be applicable, and the remaining amount will be refunded in the account.
- If cancelled within the first 7 days of the subscription, a deduction of 30% shall be applicable, and the remaining amount will be refunded in the account.
- If cancelled within the first 14 days – 50% deduction shall be applicable, and the remaining amount will be refunded in the account.
- If cancelled within 15-20 days 70% deduction shall be applicable, and the remaining amount will be refunded in the account.
- If cancelled after 20 days of the month no refund shall be applicable.
Weekly:
- If cancelled at least 1 day prior to the start of the service period 10% deduction shall be applicable, and the remaining amount will be refunded in the account.
- If cancelled within the first 3 days 50% deduction shall be applicable, and the remaining amount will be refunded in the account.
- No refund will be provided for cancellation after 3rd day from the day of booking.
Daily Pass:
- If cancelled at least 1 day prior to the start of the service period 10% deduction shall be applicable, and the remaining amount will be refunded in the account.
- Else, no refund will be provided
Refund Policy:
- If Chartered shuttle is unable to perform due to breakdown and if no alternate service is provided within 1 hour we will refund the money for daily pass
- However if the failure of service occurs due to natural calamities, government rallies or severe traffic blockage, the company will not be able to offer any refund
- No refund for no-show passengers
- No refunds for National calendar holidays.
