Refund Policy:
- If Chartered shuttle is unable to perform due to breakdown and if no alternate service is provided within 1 hour we will refund the money for daily pass.
- No refund for service failure due to natural calamities, government rallies, or severe traffic blockage.
- No refund for no-show passengers.
- No refunds for National calendar holidays.
